Kiwanis of Fredericksburg is part of a global organization of volunteers dedicated to improving the lives of children and strengthening communities. Chartered in 1923, our club has a long history of serving the Fredericksburg region, from supporting youth leadership programs and awarding college scholarships to funding community projects that help children thrive.
We are more than a service organization. We are a network of neighbors, professionals, and community leaders working together to create opportunities for the next generation. Through fundraising, hands-on service, and partnerships with local organizations, we turn community support into meaningful action.

Through hands-on service, fundraising, and partnerships, we:
Support Youth Programs: We sponsor Key Clubs at Chancellor High School, Stafford High School, and James Monroe High School, and a CKI Club at the University of Mary Washington.
Award Scholarships: In 2024, we awarded $13,000 in scholarships to Key Club students.
Fund Local Nonprofits: Over $30K was distributed in 2024 to youth-serving organizations.
Lead Community Service Projects: From volunteer hours to community initiatives, our members give back year-round.
